Billing cycle

Plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual billing saves approximately 20%.

Upgrading

1. Go to Settings > Billing
2. Click Upgrade Plan
3. Select new plan
4. Enter payment details (Stripe)

Upgrades are immediate. You are charged the prorated difference for the remaining period.

Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Data is retained for 90 days after downgrade.

Response overages

If you exceed your monthly response limit, additional responses are charged at:

• Starter: $0.05 per response
• Growth: $0.02 per response

You will receive an email alert at 80% and 100% of your limit.
